某三甲医院各科室临床医生糖尿病知识调查

目的了解西京医院各临床科室医生对糖尿病（diabetes Mellitus，DM）相关知识的知晓率和掌握程度。方法参考《2011年中国血糖监测临床应用指南》（以下简称指南）设计调查问卷，对西京医院住院部24个临床科室183位医生进行DM相关知识的知晓率和掌握程度等调查。结果63．3％的医生不知道指南，但85．2％知道DM诊断标准。有关DM诊断和DM相关知识的题目正确率比较高，而有关贫血时的血糖值变化的题目则并不令人满意。有2位医生答对全部10道题，仅有12．6％的医生答对8道题以上，69．9％的医生能答对5—7题，82．0％的医生均能答对一半（5道）题目。得分与医生年龄和工龄无相关性（r值分别为0．124和0．201，P值分别为0．516和0．336），而不同科室间医生得分差异有统计学意义（P=0．004）。结论DM治疗掌握程度较为满意，内科医生掌握程度要好于外科和其它科室医生。但大部分医生并不知道指南，说明指南走向临床实践还存在着一定差距。

The investigation on knowledge of diabetes in clinicians of a tertiary hospital

Objective To investigate the knowledge of diabetes in clinicians of the Xijing Hospital. Methods One hundred eighty-three clinicians at 24 departments were included as participants. Questionnaire was designed based on the clinical application guide of blood glucose monitoring in China （Edition 2011 ）. Results There were 63.4% participants not aware the guideline but 85.2% participants believed that they knew the criteria of diabetes. Knowledge of diagnosis and hypoglycemia were satisfactory, but that of glucose value in anemia was not. Only 12. 6% participants scored 8. The majority had 5-7 scores and 82. 0% participants scored half questions. The scores showed no correlation with age, working years and gender, but with departments. The score of participants in the internal departments was higher than that in the surgical departments. Conclusion Knowledge of diabetes is relatively satisfactory in clinicians. However, the majority of participants is not aware the guideline, which indicated that there is a long way from guideline to clinical practice.
