430例原发性男性不育症的精液质量分析

目的探讨原发性男性不育症患者的精液质量，为治疗男性不育症提供相应的临床数据。方法将2012年1月-2013年12月本单位收治的430例原发性男性不育症患者的精液，并通过计算机辅助精子分析技术进行精液质量的全面分析。结果430例原发性男性不育症患者中，精液量〈2mL患者，占5．8％；精液液化时间〉60min患者，占2-3％；精子密度〈20×10^6／mL患者，占33．0％；精子活动力（运动a级）〈25％患者，占92．7％，白细胞计数〉2／HP患者，54．9％。结论精子质量下降是导致男性原发性不育症的主要因素。

Analysis of semen quality of 430 patients with primary male infertility

Objective To investigate the semen quality of the patients with primary male infertility and provide relevant clinical data for the treatment of male infertility. Methods The semina of 430 patients with primary male infertility who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were collected and the computer-assisted semen analysis technique was used to analyze the semen quality comprehensively. Results Of the 430 patients with primary male infertility, the patients with semen volume 〈 2 mL accounted for 5.8%; The patients with semen liquidation time 〉 60 minutes accounted for 2.3%; The patients with sperm density 〈 20 × 10^6/mL accounted for 33.0%; The patients with sperm motility （grade a motion） 〈 25% accounted for 92.7%; The patients with white blood cell count 〉 2/HP accounted for 54.9%. Conclusion Decreased sperm quality is the major factor leading to male primary infertility.
