心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能和生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能和生活质量的影响。方法实验组50例，在药物治疗的基础上进行心理干预，对照组40例单纯进行常规药物治疗，在干预前后分别测试慢性肝病问卷（CLDQ）和化验肝功，比较两次评估结果，以观察心理干预的效果。结果心理干预前两组患者肝功能、生活质量无差别，干预后两组患者ALT、AST、ALB差别有显著意义，除了腹部症状，生活质量其他各维度都有统计学意义。实验组经过心理干预生活质量各维度都有改善，但对照组生活质量的情感功能指标没有改善。结论在常规药物治疗基础上配合心理干预，可以有效改善慢性乙肝患者的肝功能和生活质量。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Chronic Hepatitis B Patient's Liver Function and Quality of Life

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on chronic hepatitis B patient's liver function and quality of Life.Methods The intervention group(50 patients)accepted psychological intervention plus medication while the conrtol group(40 patients)accepted only routine medication.Each group was asked to answer the Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)and was tested liver functions before and after intervintion,then find out the effect of psychological intervention by comparing the test result.Results There were non-significant difference between the two groups in liver function and the CLDQ before psychological intervention,While after intervention,the two groups showed significant difference in ALT,AST,ALB and all CLDQ dimensions but belly symptom.All CLDQ dimensions of the intervention group improved however the emotional function dimensions didn't change for the control group.Conclusion It's effective to improve chronic B liver sufferer's liver function and quality of Life by routine medication plus psychological intervention.
