| 摘 要： | 目的了解腹泻病患者就诊的经济负担,为开展腹泻病防控工作提供依据。方法采用PPS抽样法选择四川省德阳、眉山两市,在三级、二级、乡镇和专科医疗机构中,对就诊的门诊和住院腹泻病例的医疗保险参保情况、经济负担情况进行个案调查,并将资料进行统计。结果门诊和住院腹泻病例参保率仅分别为54.94%和42.61%,门诊腹泻病例平均花费35.73元,住院腹泻病例平均住院3.75d,花费631.31元,陪护和探视人员误工1.12d。结论通过提高四川省医疗保险参保率、提高群众卫生防病知识和能力、降低药品费用将有利于减少腹泻病例经济负担。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about the disease barden of diarrhea in Sichuan and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of diarrhea. Methods Some hospitals, were selected to investigate the diarrhea patients, Stat the information of the patients and analysis. Result The average cost of the outpatients was 35.73 yuan, the average cost of the in patients was 631.31yuan, the average time to look after the patients was 1.12day. Conclusion Increasing the rate of medicare insurace, improving peoples awareness of diarrhea prevention, and reducing price of medicine are helpful to mitigate the burden of diarrhea. |
