子宫内膜腺癌中PTEN蛋白的表达及其意义

目的 研究PTEN在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化S－P法检测PTEN在10例正常增生期子宫内膜，10例子宫内膜不典型增生，58例子宫内膜腺癌中的表达，并分析PTEN与子宫内膜癌临床病理指标的关系。结果 PTEN蛋白在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生和子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达逐渐降低，有显著性差异（P＜0．05），在子宫内膜癌中的表达显著低于正常内膜（P＜0．05）。在子宫内膜腺癌中PTEN的表达与临床分期、组织分化、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移无关。结论 PTEN的失表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用，PTEN蛋白的检测有助于子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断。

Study on Expression and Clinical Significance of PTEN in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma of Uterus

Objective To study the effect of the gene expression of PTEN on onco-genesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Method The expression level of PTEN was detected with the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 10 cases of nomal endometrium, 10 cases of uterus atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 58 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Result The expression of PTEN decreased progressively from normal and atypical hyperplasia endometrium to carcinoma, with significant difference (P<0.05). The expression of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma was much lower than that in the normal (P<0.05). The expression of PTEN in carcinoma had no correlation with clinical stage, histologic grade, myometrial invasions and lymph node metastases.Conclusion The experiment suggests that PTEN play a role in oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Detection of the gene protein has positive effect on early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
