| 摘 要： | 为观察穴位灸贴疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效，在三伏天采用隔姜灸结合中药敷贴肺俞、大椎等穴治疗支气管哮喘276例，结果：治愈64例，显效85例，好转78例，无效49例。经统计学处理，患者的年龄、病程和有无发泡灸对疗效的影响具有显著性差异。说明年龄小、病程短、有发泡灸的患者疗效优于年龄大、病程长、无发泡灸的患者。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupoint moxibustion and application for bronchial asthma, and the influence of age, course of disease, with or without blowing-up moxibustion on the curative effect. Method: 276 cases of bronchial asthma were treated by ginger moxibustion with Chinese drugs application in the points B13 (feishu), GV14 (dazhui), etc. when dog-days. Result: the number of recovery patients was 64 cases(23.19%), significant effect 85 cases(30.80%), the mend 78 cases(28.26% ), no effect 49 cas es(17.75%).The statistics showed that there were obvious differences in the curative effects in different ages, course of disease, with or without blowing-up moxibustion. Conclusion: The curative effects of the patients of small age, short course, with blowing-up moxibustion are superior to that of older ones, long course, without blowing-up moxibustion. |
