防治果糖二磷酸钠致痛的效果比较

目的研究利百素凝胶对防治果糖二磷酸钠（FDP）致痛的效果.方法将36例静脉滴注FDP的患者随机分成盐水组、湿敷组、利百素组3组,每组各12例,每例均输注FDP 100 ml,20 min内输完,1次/天,每组共84例次.盐水组用生理盐水50 ml于输注FDP前、后输入.湿敷组用1：1的75%酒精与2%的利多卡因混合液,湿敷于穿刺点上方.利百素组在静脉穿刺前15～30min、输注FDP前、后,共3次在穿刺局部及沿静脉血管走向外涂一薄层利百素,观察记录疼痛情况.结果盐水组与湿敷组、盐水组与利百素组疼痛发生率差异有极显著意义（P＜0.01）.湿敷组与利百素组疼痛发生率差异有显著意义（P＜0.05）.结论利百素凝胶对防治FDP致痛效果显著、安全.

Effect comparison study on methods of preventing pain caused by FDP

Objective To study the effect of reparil-gel in preventing and curing the pain caused by FDP.Methods 36 patients with FDP vein drip were divided randomly into three groups: chloride group,wet compress group and reparil-gel group,and 12 cases in each group.All the patients were input 100 ml FDP within 20 minutes once a day and 84 times totally were conducted in each group.In the patients in chloride group,50ml isotonic na chloride were inputted before and after inputting FDP.In the patients in wet compress group,75% Alcohol mixed with 2% lidocaine(1:1) were compressed on the local injection point.In the patients in reparilgel group,reparil-gel were smeared on the injection point and along the vein direction at 15~30 minutes before the injection as well as before and after inputting FDP.The pain of the patients was observed and recorded.Results There was significant differences in the incidence of pain between chloride group and wet compress group as well as chloride group and(reparil-)gel group(P<0.01).And the difference of the incidence of pain between reparil-gel group and wet compress group was marked(P<0.05).Conclusions Reparil-gel has obvious effect and clinical value in preventing and curing the pain caused by FDP.
