益肺胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌临床研究

目的 :益肺胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期原发性支气管肺癌临床疗效。方法 :将符合中晚期原发性支气管肺癌标准的 83例患者随机分为两组 ,其中治疗组 4 5例 ,给予益肺胶囊联合化疗 ,对照组 38例 ,给予单纯化疗 ,连续观察 2个月后评价。结果 :治疗组临床症状、客观疗效、生活质量变化、免疫功能及骨髓功能均明显优于对照组 ,两者相比差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :益肺胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌既可增加抗癌活性 ,又可减少化疗所致毒副作用 ,值得临床进一步推广应用

Clinical Study on Yifei Capsule Combining with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Middle to Advanced Lung Carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yifei Capsule combine with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle to advanced primary bronchongenic carcinoma of lung.Methods Eighty three cases of middle to advanced primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung were divided into two groups at random,and among them,45 patients in treatment group were treated with Yifei capsule combined with chemotherapy;38 patients in control group were treated with pure chemotherapy.After 2 months the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results The clinical symptoms,the objective effect,the quality of life,the immunological function and the hematopoietic function of the treatment group were all obviously better than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups, P <0 05.Conclusion Yifei Capsule combining with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle to advanced primary bronchongenic carcinoma of lung can not only increase the effect of anti cancer but also decrease side effects.It is worth studying further.
