单形性亲上皮性肠道T细胞淋巴瘤病例报道并文献复习

单形性亲上皮性肠道T细胞淋巴瘤（Monomorphic Epitheliotropic Intestinal T-cell Lymphoma,MEITL）是一种起源于肠道的罕见T细胞淋巴瘤，其生物学行为具有侵袭性，预后差，与炎症性肠病（Inflammatory Bowel Disease,IBD）和其它肠道原发T细胞淋巴瘤在临床症状、影像和内镜检查方面都有相似之处。该疾病临床少见，往往由于临床和病理医生认识不足，易导致误诊误治。因此，本文从病理学角度，根据临床实际工作中所遇到的病例，并结合文献复习，系统论述MEITL的临床流行病学特征、影像和内镜特点以及MEITL的治疗和预后。重点阐述MEITL病理学形态、免疫组织化学、分子生物学特征以及鉴别诊断，以期帮助病理医生和临床医生对该疾病有更加深入的认识。

Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma- case report and literature review

Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL) is a rare T-cell lymphoma originated from the intestine. Its biological behavior is invasive and the prognosis is poor. It is similar to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other intestinal primary T cell lymphomas in clinical symptoms, image and endoscopy. This disease is rare in clinic, and often leads to misdiagnosis and mistreatment due to the lack of understanding of clinical and pathology. Therefore, from the perspective of pathology, according to the cases encountered in clinical practice and combined with literature review, we systematically discuss the clinical epidemiological characteristics, image and endoscopic characteristics, treatment and prognosis of MEITL in this paper, focusing on the pathological morphology, immunohistochemistry, molecular biological characteristics and differential diagnosis, and we hope to help pathologists and clinicians have a deeper understanding about the disease.
