| 摘 要： | 衰弱逐渐成为老年2型糖尿病患者新的重要并发症,受到人们广泛关注。本文对老年2型糖尿病合并衰弱的发生和发展机制及其影响因素进行综述,探讨目前国内老年2型糖尿病合并衰弱患者临床管理存在的问题,并提出建议。

| Abstract: | Frailty has gradually become a new important complication for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,which has been widely concerned.This paper expounds the occurrence,development mechanism and influencing factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by weakness,discusses the existing problems in the clinical management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by weakness in China,and makes recommendations. |
