地黄配方颗粒高效液相色谱指纹图谱及红外图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立地黄配方颗粒的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱和红外光谱。方法分别采用HPLC和傅立叶变换红外光谱建立相应的HPLC指纹图谱和红外光谱。结果建立的HPLC指纹图谱和红外光谱专属性强。指纹图谱中,梓醇/毛蕊花糖苷(f)可区分地黄配方颗粒和熟地黄配方颗粒,且两者的红外二阶导数光谱差异较大,可选取不同的特征峰,以快速鉴别地黄配方颗粒和熟地黄配方颗粒。结论该方法能有效控制地黄配方颗粒的质量。

HPLC Fingerprint Spectrum and Infrared Spectrum on Rehmannia Glutinosa Formula Granules

Abstract:Objective To establish the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint spectrum and infrared spectrum of Rehmannia glutinosa formula granules.Methods The corresponding fingerprints and infrared spectra were established by HPLC and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results The established method of HPLC fingerprint and infrared spectrum were specific.It was found that the ratio of catalpol to verbascoside in the fingerprint was a key parameter to distinguish the formula granules of Rehmannia glutinosa from the formula granules of prepared Rehmannia glutinosa.The infrared second derivative spectra of the two methods were quite different,so different characteristic peaks could be selected to quickly identify the formula granules of Rehmannia glutinosa and prepared Rehmannia glutinosa.Conclusion The established method can effectively control the quality of Rehmannia glutinosa formula granules.
