| 摘 要： | 冠心病70例．采用随机单盲法分为2组，其中36例应用补心气、滋心阴口服液作为治疗组；34例内服复方丹参口服液为对照组。连续用药8周，进行血液流变学观察。结果表明：补心气与滋心阴口服液治疗后．低切变率下全血粘度、高切变率下全血粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚某指数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞比积、纤维蛋白原与治疗前比较均显著下降（P＜0．01或＜0．05），且其血液流变性改善程度明显优于复方丹参（P＜0.05）。本组患者临床症状均有好转，与血液流变性的改善是一致的。

| Abstract: | 70 cases of CHD were randomly divided into two groups: the treated group (36 cases ) given Bu Xin Qi and Zi Xin Yin (invigorating heart qi and nourishing heart yin ) oral liquors and the control group (34 cases) treated with compound salviae miltiorrhizae oral liquor for 8 weeks. The hemorrheology had been observed.The results showed that in treated group.whole blood viscosity under low and high shear rate. plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index as well as erythrocyte electrophrphoresis time and specific volume. fibrinogen were markedly reduced after treatment (P<0.01, P<0. 05). The improvement of hemorrheology is better than that of the control group(P<0. 05). The clinical symptoms had been improved in all patients of the treated group. |
