| 摘 要： | 治疗老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血（SMI）58例，采用随机分期自身对照法，观察麝香保心丸的疗效。结果表明，麝香保心丸与硝酸异山梨酯均能减少SMI发作次数并缩短SMI持续时间。用药前后比较，差异均非常显著（p＜0．01）；两药比较，以麝香保心丸较为显著（p＜0．05）。治疗期间未见毒副作用。说明麝香保心丸安全有效，可作为老年SMI的一线药物。

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effect of Shehang Baoxin pill was observed in 58 cases of silent mycardial ischenda(SMI) using auto-control method. It was found that this medcine and isosorbide dinitrate all could decrease the frequi.y of attack and shorten the duration of SMI. The difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0. 01). The therapeutic effect of this herbal medicine was more significant compared with isosorbide dinitrate (P<0. 05). No side effects were found in the treatment. Therefore it is a safe and effective drug for treating SMI. |
