毛冬青甲素对高血压性大鼠脑内血肿及脑微血管超微结构的影响

肉眼及光镜下观察了毛冬青甲素对肾血管性高血压大鼠脑内血肿的影响。电镜下观察了毛冬青甲素对肾血管性高血压大鼠脑血肿病理模型术后脑微血管超微结构的影响。发现毛冬青甲素治疗组血肿吸收快，毛细血管增生活跃，组织修复好。治疗后其脑微血管内皮光滑，内皮细胞核及线粒体肿胀减轻，管腔无狭窄，内无血栓形成及血小板聚集。对照组治疗后毛细血管增生较少，组织修复不理想。其脑微血管内皮毛糙，微绒毛增多，内皮细胞核及线粒体肿胀，管腔明显受压变窄，并有微血栓形成及血小板聚集，管用水肿，提示毛冬青甲素治疗高血压性脑出血是可行的、有效的，并说明毛冬青甲素确有疏通血管，改善微循环，增加脑血流量，促进血肿吸收及脑组织修复的作用。

The Effect of Ilexonin A on Cerebral Hematoma and Ultrastructure of Cerebral Micrangium in Rats With Hypertension

The effects of Ilexonin A on cerebral hematoma and ultrastructure of cerebral thecrangium in rats with renal hypertension were observed. In the group treated with Ilexonin A, the hematoma rapidly absorped,capillary proliferated actively,the brain tissue repaired well, the endothelium of cerebral micrangrum is smooth,the swelling of endotheliocytic nucleus and mitochondrion had been abated,the Iumen isn't stricture and had no formation of thrombus and aggregation of platelet. While the control group hadn't got the above therapeutic effects as the treated group. The results demonstrated that Ilexonin A has the effects of deoppilation of blood vessels, improving Ancrocirculation, increasing the volume of blood now,promoting the absorption of hematoma and the repair of brain tissue.
