神经内科门诊抑郁障碍患者的临床特点

目的：了解神经内科门诊的抑郁障碍患者的临床特点。方法：采用流调用抑郁自评量表（CES-D）对神经内科门诊的全部初诊患者共654例进行筛查，再参照国际疾病分类第10版诊断为抑郁障碍患者78例，进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAND）评分。结果：神经内科门诊初诊患者抑郁障碍患病率为11．9％。抑郁障碍患者以头晕、头痛、失眠等躯体症状为第一主诉者占85．9％。在患者的前3个主诉中出现频率高的症状依次为失眠、头晕、乏力。样本HAMD总分平均（16．9±4．0）分，以轻中度抑郁为主。神经内科门诊抑郁障碍患者入睡困难、精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑和全身症状较重。抑郁障碍患者中躯体归因模式者占76．9％；心理归因模式者占23．1％。结论：在神经内科门诊抑郁障碍患者颇多，应引起重视。

Clinical features of depressive disorder of outpatients in department of neurology
