2003—2007年京口区中小学生营养状况分析

目的了解镇江市京口区中小学生的营养状况，为制订防治对策提供依据。方法采用横断面调查设计与分层整群抽样法，于2003—2007年连续5年对京口区20所中小学学生的身高、体重进行调查，利用WHO推荐的身高标准体重法作出营养评价。结果京口区中小学生5年平均营养不良检出率为25．89％，平均超重、肥胖检出率分别为4．37％、3．41％。营养不良检出率呈下降趋势，超重、肥胖检出率呈上升趋势。不同性别的营养状况不同。结论京口区中小学生营养问题仍较严重，应引起有关部门的重视。

Analysis of Nutritional Status in Primary and Secondary School Students of Jingkou District from 2003 to 2007

Objective To understand the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Jingkou District of Zhengjiang City,and to provide scientific evidences for constituting prevention and control strategy.Methods With a method of stratified cluster sampling and design of cross-sectional study,height and weight were investigated among students from 20 schools in Jingkou District on five successive years from 2003 to 2007.Weight for height index was used and the evaluation system from WHO was employed.Results The average prevalence of malnutrition was 25.89% with a decreasing trend yearly.The average prevalence of overweight and obesity was 4.37% and 3.41% with an increasing trend yearly.Male and female students showed different nutritional status.Conclusions The nutrition problem of primary and secondary school students in Jingkou District is still serious,and the relevant departments should pay special attention on it.
