| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的疗效。方法 将孕16—28周自愿要求终止妊娠的健康孕妇314例，随机分为两组，观察组口服米非司酮100MG，24小时后再服50mg，同时经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg；对照组则在入院后第二天仅经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg，所获数据采用x^2和t检验。结果 两组1次引产成功率均为100％，观察组产程时间为5．25与对照组10．82有显差异(P＜0．01)，两组宫颈成熟率、宫颈裂伤率及产后出血率亦均有显差异(P＜0．01)。结论 米非司酮配伍利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产与单用利凡诺相比，可缩短产程，减少手术并发症，提高引产的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of combination of mifepristone and ethacridine used in moderate gestation induced labor. Methods 314 cases of pregnant women were divided into 2 groups,The observed group was given mifepristone 100mg and after 24 hours was given mifepristone 50mg again, then injecting ethacridine 100mg. The control group was injected by intra-amniotic injection ethacridine 100mg only. Results The successful rate of one induced labors in the 2 groups was 100% .The rate of postpartam hemorrhage,cerrical ripening,cervical laceration were showed singnificent difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01) .Conclusion The safe rate of this method is high,and the labor Course is shorter with less side effecets. |
