| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对重型颅脑损伤患者使用亚低温治疗的效果,研究亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤患者脑保护作用及方法。方法我科自2002年1月至2006年8月共收治314例重型颅脑患者,入选为GCS 3～8分无其它严重并发症未手术者。随机分为亚低温组与对照组,亚低温组患者入院后行亚低温治疗,对照组行常规治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行GOS评分。结果亚低温组157例患者,恢复良好62例,中残25例,重残及植物生存31例,死亡39例。对照组157例患者,恢复良好48例,中残27例,重残及植物生存28例,死亡54例。结论通过亚低温治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者有较好的脑保护作用,使其预后得到改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prognosis of mild hypothermia treatment in cases of severe traumatic brain injuries(sTBI),improve the knowledge of mild hypothermia treatment on brain injuries.Methods Cases were divided into 2 groups: mild hypothermia treatment group and control group.Mild hypothermia was applied to the cases of sTBI in mild hypothermia group.The prognosis was divided into five grades such as good recovery(GR),moderate disability(MD),severe disability(SD),persisted vegetative state(PVS) and death(D).Results In mild hypothermia group,there were 62 GR cases,25 MD,31 SD and 39 D cases,while in control group,there were 48 GR cases,27 MD,28 SD and 54 D cases.Conclusions mild hypothermia treatment can improve the prognosis of sTBI. |
