| 摘 要： | 循证医学（EBM）的理论体系、技术体系逐渐形成，其实践应用更是随着国际Cochrane协作网的建设和微机网络技术的突飞猛进而不断完善、并在临床医学领域迅速发展。从国内的现状来看，EBM还是一个新领域，特别是在如何提供证据、产生证据方面，所开展的临床科研工作远不能满足EBM方法学的要求。

| Abstract: | The theoretic system and technological system of evidence-oriented medicine(EBM) are gradually formed, its practice and application are improving continually with international Cochrane cooperation net establishment and web technological development in leaps and bounds, quickly developing in clinical medical field as well. From national status, EBM is a new field, esp. in how to offer and produce evidence, its clinical sci-research is far from satisfying EBM methodological needs. |
