| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）ｒａｓＰ＾２１和ＣＤ４４的表达及与肿瘤分化、转移及临床分期的相互关系。方法：用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测４６例ＮＳＣＬＣ的ｒａｓＰ＾２１和ＣＤ４４表达。结果：ｒａｓＰ＾２１的阳性率随临床分期的升高而增加；有淋巴结转移肺癌的ＣＤ４４阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者；ｒａｓＰ＾２１与ＣＤ４４表达两者之间无直接相关性。结论：ＮＳＣＬＣ出现ｒａｓＰ＾２１与ＣＤ４４阳性提示不良预后

| Abstract: | Objective:To study rasP~(21) and CD44expression in NSCLC and their relation to differentiaton metastasis andclinical stage,Methods:The expression of the rasP~(21)and CD44in 46 cases of NSCLC was examined by means of immunohistochemicalCD44 is positively correlated to the metastatic rate in lymph node;There was no signifcant correlation between rasP~(21)and CD44 expression.Conelusion:RasP21 and CD44 expression correlates with poor progosis of NSCLS. |
