Research progress in diffusion weighted imaging of prostate cancer
Abstract:
Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) can detecte the change of water diffusion properties of living organisms nonivasively and reflect the physiological processes of molecular pathophysiology. It plays a important role in the detection, staging, and aggressiveness assessment of prostate cancer. This article reviews its application values,especially the appliacation values of DWI functional models and multiparametric MRI in prostate cancer.
