| 摘 要： | 随着蒽环类药物在儿童血液肿瘤方面的应用，患儿生存率明显提高，监测和诊断蒽环类药物对于儿童心脏毒性的研究越来越受到重视。该文就蒽环类药物对儿童心脏毒性的临床分型、诊断、发病机制、检测手段及预防等方面的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | With the application of anthracycline drugs in children hematological tumor,children survival is significantly improved. Monitoring and diagnosis of anthracycline cardiotoxicity have been paid more and more attention. This paper reviews progress of clinical types,diagnosis,pathogenesis,test facility and prevention on an-thracycline cardiotoxicity. |
