北京市平谷区2~6岁儿童血清维生素A水平分析

摘    要:目的 了解北京市平谷区2~6岁儿童维生素A(Vit A)水平,探讨2~6岁儿童Vit A营养状况和影响因素.方法 按照随机抽样的方法对城区、近城区、乡镇共487例儿童进行研究,采用问卷调查获得儿童一般信息、用高效液相色谱法检测血清Vit A含量.结果被研究儿童中有38.9%(189/487)的儿童为Vit A完全缺乏,48.5%(236/487)的儿童为Vit A边缘缺乏,仅有12.7%(62/487)的儿童Vit A水平正常.Vit A水平与年龄有关,2~3岁组儿童Vit A水平最低,并随着年龄的增长血清Vit A水平呈增高趋势(F=8.28,P<0.01).各居住区儿童Vit A营养以乡镇区儿童最差,近城区次之,但Vit A水平在不同居住区无统计学差异(χ2=3.56,P>0.05).结论 北京市平谷区2~6儿童维生素A水平普遍缺乏,及时采取干预措施,加强对家长进行科学饮食指导尤为重要.

Abstract:Objective To explore the serum level of vitamin A (Vit A) in children aged 2 -6 in Pinggu District of Beijing and to investigate their nutritional status and influencing factors of Vit A.Methods Totally 487 children were randomly sampled from city, near city and township of Pinggu District of Beijing for study.Questionnaires were used to obtain general information about the children, and serum Vit A level was detected by using high-performance liquid chromatography.Results Of the surveyed children, Vit A was totally deficient in 38.9%(189/487) cases, subclinically deficient in 48.5%(236/487) cases, and normal in 12.7%(62/487) cases.The serum level of Vit A was related to age, and it was lowest in children aged 2-3 years old.It increased with age increasing (F=8.28, P<0.01).The children from township had the worst Vit A nutrition, followed by those near city, but no significant difference was detected in Vit A levels of children from different residential areas (χ2 =3.56,P>0.05).Conclusion Vit A is generally deficient in children aged 2-6 years old in Pinggu District of Beijing.It is important to take reasonable interventions timely and strengthen guidance for their parents on feeding.
