皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆的MRI研究进展

皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆(SIVD)是因皮质下缺血引起的血管性认知功能损害最严重的形式。该病起病隐匿,且临床表现与阿尔茨海默病存在重叠,早期及鉴别诊断困难,而影像检查方法多样、可重复性及可操作性强,故具有无可替代的作用。就MR成像技术对SIVD的早期及鉴别诊断的研究进展予以综述。

The MRI research progress in subcortical ischemic vascular dementia

Subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is the most severe form of vascular cognitive impairment which is caused by subcortical ischemia. Due to the insidious onset and overlap in clinical manifestations with Alzheimer's disease, early and differential diagnosis is difficult. With the advantages inmultiple techniques, high repeatability and good compliance, imaging plays an irreplaceable role in this filed. Currently, researchers worldwide have been carrying on a lot of studies with various MRI techniques on the early and differential diagnosis of SIVD. We reviewed the progress in this article.
