摘    要:目的:探讨自编健腰导引十二式促进腰椎间盘突出症术后功能恢复的作用。方法将80例符合入组标准的患者按照随机、对照的原则分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均采用传统常规治疗及护理方法,观察组在此基础上将自编健腰导引十二式功能操教会患者并督促其坚持。观察两组患者的临床疗效及日常生活活动能力恢复情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组患者日常生活活动能力在术后4周及6周较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论健腰导引十二式功能操可促进腰椎间盘突出症患者早日康复,具有临床应用和推广价值。

The effect of self-made health waist exercises in promoting the functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Twelve Guiding Actions of Waist Exercises on promoting the functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation. Methods A total of 80 patients were enrolled in a randomized and controlled study and divided into the control group and observation group, and each group con-tained 40 patients. The patients of the two groups were both treated with conventional treatment and nursing. Additionally, the patients of the observation group were treated with Twelve Guiding Actions of Waist Exercises and urged to persist. The clinical efficacy and recovery situation of their daily living and acting ability of the two groups ' patients were ob-served. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0. 05) . Compared with the control group, the living and acting ability of the obser-vation group at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after operation were significantly improved, the difference was statistically signifi-cant ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Twelve Guiding Actions of Waist Exercises can promote the recovery of lumbar disc her-niation patients as soon as possible. It is worth the clinical promotion and application.
