心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量的影响

目的：探讨心理护理对ICU重症患者心理指标与护理质量及护理满意度的影响。方法以我院2014年1~12月收治的66例ICU重症患者作为目标人群，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，实验组患者在对照组常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预，比较两组患者护理后2周心理指标、生活质量与护理质量评分及护理满意度情况。结果经组间t检验比较后，实验组患者焦虑得分与抑郁得分显著低于对照组，主观幸福感得分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.01)；实验组患者Spitzer评分、FCA得分、总体护理质量评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.01)；经Mann-Whitney U秩和检验组间比较后，实验组患者护理满意度评价显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论心理护理干预有助于改善ICU重症患者不良心理情绪，提高生活质量，提升护理人员总体护理质量，提高护理满意度评价，具有借鉴性。

Effect of psychological nursing on the nursing quality of ICU patients

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing on psychological indicators of ICU pa-tients, quality of care and patients' satisfaction degree. Methods A total of 66 ICU patients hospitalized from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were chosen as the target group. The patients of control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients of experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group's conventional treatment. The psychological indicators of patients, quality of life, quality of care and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared after two weeks' nursing. Results After t test between the two groups, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the subjective sense of well-being score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 01 ) ; the Spitzer score, FCA score, overall nursing quality score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01);by way of Mann-Whitney U test between the two groups, the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can help to improve the bad psychological emotions of crit-ically ill ICU patients, improve quality of life, and is helpful for improving the overall nursing quality of nurses and pro-moting the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, and with reference.
