腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎疗效观察

目的：比较腹腔镜和开腹胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析30例腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC组）与26例开腹胆囊切除术（OC组）患者的临床资料,对比LC组与OC组的术中、术后情况,切口感染、术后平均住院时间。结果：LC组切口感染情况、术后平均住院时间均优于OC组（P〈0.05）。结论：急性炎症期在具备熟练手术技巧时,LC是一种安全有效的术式。

Efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of acute cholecystitis

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） and open cholecystectomy （OC） in treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods： The clinical date of 30 patients accepted LC and 26 patients accepted OC were retrospectively analyzed, the perioperative conditions, postoperative conditions, would infection and postoperative average hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results： The infection of incision and the postoperative average hospital stay in the LC group were better than those in the OC group （P0.05）. Conclusion： With the availability of skilled surgical techinigue LC is safe and effective on acute inflammation period.
