术后早期炎症性肠梗阻诊治中的经验教训

目的总结术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的诊疗经验,避免误诊误治。方法回顾分析5例术后早期肠梗阻病人的诊治方法,包括不当之处。结果本组5例患者中,4例治疗过程中病情不见好转,其中3例有不当之处,1例机械性肠梗阻误诊为炎症性肠梗阻,1例明确诊断治愈。结论腹部外科医生应清楚认识术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的特点,正确的治疗建立在准确的诊断基础之上,明确诊断后应采用非手术治疗,且治疗过程可能漫长。

Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Ileus

Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction,to avoid misdiagnosis and wrong treatment.Methods The data of diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases with early postoperative bowel obstruction were analyzed retrospectively,including the improper treatment.Results 4 patients did not get well during treatment;among these 4 cases,3 patients got inappropriate treatment,one case of mechanical intestinal obstruction was diagnosed as inflammatory ileus,and one case was cured after right diagnosis.Conclusion Surgeons should clearly understand the features of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction.The correct treatment of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction was based on correct diagnosis;after clear diagnosis,the non-operative treatment should be choosen and the treatment process may be long.
