初诊2型糖尿病患者焦虑水平及应对方式的调查与干预

目的:探讨护理干预对减缓初诊2型糖尿患者焦虑情绪的效果.方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和简易应对方式问卷分析患者的焦虑水平和应对特点,并给予护理干预,包括糖尿病宣教、心理护理等,比较干预前后SAS分值.结果:初诊2型糖尿患者焦虑程度干预前后均显著高于国内常模,应对方式因职业、年龄和文化程度而异,护理干预可有效缓解患者的焦虑状态.结论:对初诊2型糖尿病患者采取护理干预,对改善患者焦虑状态、提高治疗和预后效果具有积极的促进作用.

Investigation on the degree of anxiety and coping style of the preliminarily diagnosed patients with type II diabetes and intervention
