摘    要:目的探讨建立不同种属大鼠原位肝移植模型的外科技术。方法通过改良的Kamada"二袖套法"分别对Wistar、SD、Buffalo三种不同种属大鼠实施了同系原位肝移植手术,并观察大鼠术后的存活率。结果总计实施了360例大鼠原位肝移植手术,手术成功率是88·3%,其中104例Wistar大鼠同系移植1周存活率为91·3%,1个月存活率为83·7%,127例SD大鼠同系移植1周存活率为90·6%,1个月存活率为82·7%,129例Buffalo大鼠同系移植1周存活率为83·7%,1个月存活率为72·9%。结论纯系大鼠(Buffalo)的肝脏解剖结构变异较大,纯系大鼠与杂种大鼠对肝移植手术耐受有较大差异,但娴熟的显微外科技术和耐心细致的手术操作可以克服,这是大鼠原位肝移植手术成败的关键。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the microsurgical technique of establishing the model of rat orthotopic liver transplantation in three different inter-species/Methods The models of the Wistar、SD and Buffalo rat were established with modified Kamada's "two-cuff technique". We monitored the survival rate.Results Three hundred and sixty cases of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed in total and the successful rate of the mode was 88.3%. The Wistar、SD and Buffalo group of the survival rate of one week are respectively 91.3%、90.6% and 83.7%. Their survival rates of one month are respectively 83.7%、82.7% and 72.9%. Conclusions The sophisticated microsurgical technique and the delicate surgical manipulation are the key to perform a successful rat orthotopic liver transplantation operation. Tolerance to the operation of pure bred rat is different from hybrid. Operational difficulty due to anatomy variation can be overcome by delicate surgical manipulation.
