抗癌基因P53蛋白在肺癌中的表达

观察Ｐ５３蛋白在３２１例肺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。在石蜡切片上用免疫组织化学方法标记Ｐ５３蛋白。３２１例癌中阳性为１４７例，其中鳞癌，其中鳞癌，腺癌，鳞腺癌及小细胞之间差别不显著。前三种癌的不同分化类型的阳性率，低分化癌高于中，高分化癌，尤以腺癌为明显，低分化与高分化之间差异非常显著。

Expression of anti-oncogenetic protein P53 in human lung cancer

Objective:To observe the expression of anti-oncogenetic protein P53 in 321 cases of lung cancer and its relation with the prognosis.Methods:Paraffin sections were examined for the overexpression of P53 oncoprotein with immunohistochemical method.Results:Total positive cases were 147 in 321 cases,and no evident differences were found among the squamous,adeno,adeno-squamous and small cell carcinomas.Of the positive rates of distinct differentiation of lung cancers in the former 3 kinds as above,its higher positive rates were found in low differential carcinoma than moderate or high differential cancers,especially in the adenocarcinoma,statistically significant(P<0.01) between low and high differential cancers.Conclusion:P53 protein's expression is related to differentiation of lung carcinoma,the lower the differentiation is,the higer the positive rate,indicating it may serve as one of assessable factors for prog nosis in lung cancer.
