乳腺癌患者心理健康和社会支持调查分析

【目的】探讨乳腺癌患者的心理健康状况与社会支持的相关性。【方法】采用症状自评量表（SCL-90），社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对100例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查，对回收有效问卷91份的调查结果进行分析。【结果】乳腺癌患者的心理健康状况较差，社会支持较好；SCL-90症状因子中人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑与社会支持呈负相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。【结论】社会支持与乳腺癌患者的心理状况密切相关，良好的社会支持可改善患者的心理状况。

Survey on the Mental Health and Social Support in Patients with Breast Cancer

[Objective] TO investigate the correlation between mental health and social support of the patients with breast cancer. [Methods] One hundred patients with breast cancer were investigated by using questionnaire of Social Support Rating SeaIe（SSRS） and Symptom Check List 90 （SCL 90）. The results were analyzed statistically. [Results] The mental health of patients with breast cancer was poor, while the social support of patients with breast cancer was good. There was negative correlation between interpersonal relationship sensitivity, depression and anxiety in SCL-90 and social support of the patients with breast cancer （ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The social support is closely related to mental health of the patients with breast cancer. High level of social sup port can reduce psychological symptoms of the patients.
