益肾舒筋汤治疗湿热型慢性腰腿痛临床观察

目的:评价益肾舒筋汤治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效、适应性、安全性和使用注意事项.方法:按中药新药审批办法,对362例慢性腰腿痛,中医辨证为湿热型者,用益肾舒筋汤与加味二妙散进行临床比较.结果:益肾舒筋汤治疗组疗效优于加味二妙散对照组,经统计学处理有明显差异(P<0.01),在腰部疼痛、下肢麻痛、腰部功能等症状和体征分析,两者经统计学处理具有显著性差异.结论:益肾舒筋汤无毒副作用,是一种治疗慢性腰腿痛较好的药物.

The Clinical Study of Kidney Tonifying and Tendon Relieving Decoctionon Chronic Pain in the Loins and Legs Caused by Dampness and Heat

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy, adaptability, security and use caution of Kidney Tonifying and Tendon Relieving Decoctionon to treat chronic pain in the loins and legs.Methods:Based on the Rule of Review on New Chinese Medicine, 362 patients suffering from chronic pain in the loins and legs caused by dampness and heat, were divided into two groups and treated by Kidney Tonifying and Tendon Relieving Decoctionand modified Er Miao Decoction respectively. The clinical results between them were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of Kidney Tonifying and Tendon Relieving Decoction group is better than that of the modified Er Miao Decoction group. There was significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups in terms of clinical symptoms such as pain in the loins, numb pain in the legs, wrist function, etc. and physical signs.Conclusion:Kidney Tonifying and Tendon Relieving Decoctionis is a good medicine for treating chronic pain in the loins and legs without toxic and side effects.
