椎体高度及椎间盘间隙的X线测量法

①目的探讨椎体高度和椎间盘间隙的准确X线测量方法.②方法将30例成人干燥第3腰椎骨,摄腰椎后前位和侧位X线片,再将近片侧涂钡后分别摄后前位和侧位片,比较涂钡前后的椎骨X线片.③结果上位椎体下面的致密线与下位椎体上面的淡影线,或上位椎体下面的淡影线与下位椎体上面的致密线之间的距离为椎间盘间隙,而同一椎体上、下面间的致密线与淡影线间的距离为椎体的高度.④结论椎体高度和椎间盘间隙准确的X线测量对于椎体和椎间盘病变的影像学诊断具有重要价值.

THE X-RAY MEASUREMENT OF THE VERTEBRAL BODY HEIGHT AND THE INTERVERTEBRAL DISC SPACE

Objective To carry out an exact X ray measurement methods of the vertebral body height and the intervertebral disc space. Methods The X ray films were taken both posterior anteriorly and laterally on 30 adult dry third lumbar vertebra with uncoatted and coatted barium film. The results were compared. Results The intervertebral disc space was the distance between the bright line of the inferior margin and the dark line at the superior margin of the vertebral body, or the dark line of the inferior margin and the bright line of the superior margin of vertebral body. The height of a vertebral body was the distance between the bright and dark lines of the superior and inferior surfaces. Conclusion The X ray measurement methods of the vertebral body height and the intervertebral disc space have the vital value on imaging diagnosis of the diseases of the vertebral body and the intervertebral disc.;
