灵龟八法治疗偏头痛临床观察

目的:观察灵龟八法治疗肝阳上亢型及痰浊阻络型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法,将纳入标准的偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别运用灵龟八法及常规辨证取穴法进行针刺治疗,观察其疗效。结果:在短期疗效观察中,灵龟八法组的基本恢复率为43.48%,总有效率为95.65%;对照组的基本恢复率为13.64%,总有效率为90.91%,两组基本恢复率比较P<0.05。在长期疗效观察中,灵龟八法组的基本恢复率为39.13%,总有效率为91.30%;对照组的基本恢复率为9.09%,总有效率为81.82%,两组基本恢复率比较P<0.05。结论:灵龟八法及常规辨证取穴针刺治疗偏头痛均获得良好的疗效,但在基本恢复率的比较中,短期疗效及长期疗效均为灵龟八法组优于常规辨证取穴组。
