| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨热敏灸治疗原发性胃食管反流病的疗效。方法:80例胃食管反流病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例采用热敏灸治疗,对照组40例采用药物奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察两组治疗后临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸治疗胃食管反流病操作方便,疗效确切,值得进一步研究。
