| 摘 要： | 本文介绍β-hCG放射免疫药箱的制备和操作程序。28例非妊娠妇女血清测定的结果表明,应用β-hCG 抗血清(SB_6)与正常生理状况下血清中LH 无明显交叉反应。3例排卵后5～7天测得β-hCG 为阳性,与以后临床诊断早孕相吻合。448例正常妊娠妇女血清中hCG 测定结果表明,妊娠7.5～14周时有一高峰(33～44I.U./ml);16周时达低值,以后维持在这一水平(9～22I.U./ml)

| Abstract: | The preparation of the β-hCG radioimmunoassay Kit and the procedure for the assaywere described in detail in this article.The results of assaying the serum of 28 normalnon-pregnant women showed that the antiserum SB 6 did not present significant cross-reaction with hLH in the presence of physiological concentration of hLH.The positivepregnancy results proved that the pregnancy could be detected as early as fifth-seventh dayafter presumed conception.The hCG levels of 448 normal pregnant women were inves-tigated.The mean hCG levels throughout normal pregnancy indicated that the peakswere between 7.5-14th weeks with levels 33-44 I.U./ml.The hCG levels dropped at 16thweek to 9-22 I.U./ml and were maintained at the same figures afterwards. |
