大Y染色体对体外受精与胚胎移植的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨在体外受精与胚胎移植中大Y染色体对其受精方式及结局的影响。方法:对2001年3月至2003年6月在我院生殖中心进行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕的113例患者(共127个周期治疗)进行前瞻性研究,大Y染色体组(A组)共56个治疗周期,染色体正常组(B组)共71个治疗周期;A组中精液常规正常者共24个治疗周期,随机分为IVF组(A1组)共13个治疗周期,ICSI组(A2组)共11个治疗周期。结果:(1)A、B两组间受精率、卵裂率、移植胚胎质量、临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率、异位妊娠率、死婴出生率、畸形率、男婴出生比例及女婴出生比例,差异无显著性(P〉0.05);(2)A1、A2两组间受精率,差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:大Y染色体对IVF/ICSI-ET的选择、胚胎发育及近期妊娠结局无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of big Y chromosome on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Methods We studied the data from 113 infertile patients who underwent IVF/ICSI-ET in our Reproductive Medicine Center from March 2001 to June 2003. Of total 127 cycles of the treatment, 56 were performed on the big Y chromosome group (group A) and 71 on the normal karyotype group (group B). The patients in group A whose semen routine test were normal were randomly assigned to IVF group (group A1) for 13 cycles or to ICSI group (group A2) for 11 cycles. Results There was no significant difference in the fertilization rate, cleavage rate, quality of transferred embryos, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, miscarriage rate, outcome rate of ectopic pregnancy rate, stillbirth delivery rate, malformation rate, baby boy and girl delivery rate between group A and B. Little difference in the fertilization rate was found between group A1 and A2. Conclusion Big Y chromosome has no significant influence on the option of IVF/ICSI-ET, the embryo development, and the outcome of pregnancy.
