原发性高血压患者昼夜血压与左室肥厚的关系

研究原发性高血压（ＥＨ）患者昼夜血压 与左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）之间的关系，并探讨其临床意义。方法：对５８例原发性高患者进行２４小时动态血压监测和超声心动图检查，分成构型与非构型组，比较昼夜血压变化与室 间隔厚度、左室舒张末期内径、左室后壁厚度、左室重量等相关指标。

Relationship between diurnal blood pressure variation and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension

Objective:To study the relationship between diurnal blood pressure variation and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension and its clinical significance.Methods:In 58 patients with essential hypertension 24h ambulatory blood pressure and echocardiography were observed, They were classified as dippers and nondippers according to ABP and the relationship between ABP and thickness of interventricular septum, left ventricular internal diameter at end diastole, posterior wall thickness and left ventricular mass was investigated.Results:LV mass and mean 24h ABP,night systolic BP,night diastolic BP were greater(P<0.05and 0.01) and decreasing rate at night lower in nondippers than in dippers(P<0.01).Conclusion:In essential hypertensive ,the extend of left ventricular hypertrrophy is greater in nondippers than in dippers.
