| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统护理干预对妇科癌症患者化疗期生活质量的影响。方法将初次接受化疗的妇科癌症患者80例随机分为干预组和对照组各40人。对照组仅采用常规护理方法，干预组在常规护理的基础上进行支持性心理治疗、健康教育放松训练、有效应对方式、家庭及社会支持等系统护理干预。结果12周后干预组生活质量综合评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论系统护理干预显著提高妇科癌症患者化疗期生活质量，缓解病人焦虚抑郁水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the quality of life of gynecological cancer patients in chemotherapy period.Methods 80 cases receiving chemotherapy for the first time were randomly divided into 2 groups: intervention group and control group,40 in each;routine nursing was applied to control group,for intervention group,besides routine nursing,supporting psychotherapy,health education,relaxation training,effective coping style and family and social supporting programs were added.Results After 12 weeks,the general score of the quality of life of intervention group was much higher than that of control group(P<0.01) and its score of anxiety-depression was obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of gynecological cancer patients in chemotherapy period and release the anxiety and depression of the patients. |
