对护士进行常态化安全文化培训与督导的效果

目的：探讨通过预防性评估，制定安全文化培训计划和结合针对性的护理质控安全督导，在提升执业护士对患者安全的认知，预防护理差错的发生中的作用。方法2010年10月-2011年10月采用PBL联合病例为引导（CBS）模式对护士进行安全知识培训，组织患者安全总结讨论会，针对护理安全隐患采取预防措施，护理质控办监控护理安全薄弱环节。比较干预前后护士安全态度、安全知识理论成绩及各科室护理缺陷事件发生情况。结果干预前后护士对护理安全管理满意度从（3．45±0．61）分提高到（4．20±0．79）分，安全相关理论成绩从（81．71±2．94）分提高到（86．88±3．90）分，每月护理缺陷事件由（8．50±1．15）起减少到（6．08±2．19）起，差异均有统计学意义（ t 值分别为-14．161，-17．570，2.850；P＜0．05）。结论通过安全文化培训、护理安全隐患分析以及无缝隙的安全督导，可以有效提高护理人员的安全意识，提升患者的安全性。

Effect of the training and supervision over the normalization of safety culture in improving the patient safety

Objective To explore the effect of the infusion safety training programs and the safety supervision over the targeted nursing quality on enhancing nurses ’ safety awareness and preventing the incidence of nursing errors through the preventive assessment .Methods From Octobor 2010 to Octobor 2011 the nurses received the training of the infusion safety knowledge and management under the model of the “problem based learning” （PBL） combined with “case based study” （CBS）, and the meeting about patients’ safety was held. The preventive measures were taken according to the hidden danger for nursing safety , and the weak links of nursing safety were supervised by the quality control of nursing .The safety attitude , the score of safety knowledge theory and the incidence of nursing errors were compared before and after the intervention .Results Compared with that before the intervention , the score of safety management after the intervention was increased from （3.45 ±0.61） to （4.20 ±0.79）, and the score of safety knowledge theory was increased from （81.71 ±2.94） to （86.88 ±3.90）, and the cases of the incidence of nursing errors was decreased from （8.50 ±1.15） to （6.08 ±2.19）, and the differences were statistically significant （ t =-14.161, -17.570, 2.850, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions The training of safety culture, the analysis of hidden danger for nursing safety and the seamless safety supervision can effectively improve the safety awareness in the nurses , and enhance patients’ safety.
