儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折治疗体会

目的探讨手术治疗陈旧性孟氏骨折的疗效。方法 30例陈旧性孟氏骨折按Bado分型：1型15例,2型7例,3型6例,4型2例;合并桡神经深支损伤5例。均行手术治疗。结果术后随访1～6年（平均2.4年）,根据Mackay疗效评定标准：优20例,良7例,差3例;优良率90%。结论早期手术矫正畸形,可以较好地防治陈旧性孟氏骨折造成的屈肘和前臂旋后功能障碍。

Treatment of Old Monteggia Fracture in Children

Objective To investigate the surgical treatments of previous Monteggia fracture in children and the curative effectiveness. Methods Thirty patients with previous Monteggia fracture in children were treated with open reduction,osteotomy of the ulna and restoration or angio- plasty of annular ligament. There were 15 patients in type one,7 in type two,6 in type three,2 in type four according to bado method. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 months to 6 years（mean 2.4 years）. The results of treatment were evaluated as excellent in 20 cases,good in 7 cases and poor in 3 case. The excellent/good -rate was 90%. Conclusion The early operation of previous Monteggia fracture in children should be suggested, and the elbow and forearm anatomy could be restored.
