| Abstract: | Primary extramedullary plasmacytoma (PEP) are malignant neoplasm of plasma cells. They are very rare, however 80% of the cases appear in head and neck region. We reported a rare case of PEP of the base of the tongue, in a 44-year-old male with oral bleeding. |
