乳腺X线立体定位穿刺活检在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

目的　探讨乳腺X线立体定位穿刺活检在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用。方法　在常规乳腺X线片观察分析的基础上 ,对临床触不到而X线片显示的乳腺小肿块、微小钙化、局限致密浸润 ,通过电子计算机立体定位仪指导 ,将乳腺穿刺针直接刺入可疑病变区 ,取得活体组织标本 ,进行组织病理学检查。结果　对 2 7例患者检查 ,诊断符合率 92 .6 % ,乳腺癌的诊断正确率 10 0 %。结论　应用此技术对一些常规检查无法确诊的乳腺微小病变的早期诊断开辟了广阔的前景 ,可提高早期癌、原位癌及TO癌的诊断水平

Stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer

Objectives To evaluate the clinical significance of stereotactic mammography aspiration biopsy(SMAB) for diagnosing breast cancer.Methods Under the guidance of computer stereotactic equipment,the biopsy needle was introduced into the lesion in question which was impalpable but recognizable roentgenologically.Aspiration biopsy was done,and put under histological examination in 27 patients with suspicious breast lesions.Results The diagnostic concordance rate was 92.6%.Conclusions The technic described is valuable in the diagnosis of small impalpable lesions that visualized on mammography.
