| 摘 要： | Progress of hospital information system （HIS） in China has made significant in recent years. HIS has played a very important role in hospital, construction and employment of HIS can improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare work. But the development of HIS in China is imbalanced and there are many problems such as nonstandard hospital management, poor standardization, and lack consolidation of software development. As a consequence, HIS run is not able to share medical information and can＇t meet the needs of reform in China＇s healthcare system. In the future, for the sake of medical information sharing, teleconsulation, hospital efficiency enhancement, all the independent systems will realize integration. And these above are analyzed in this paper.
