| 摘 要： | 为研究过敏性哮喘与基因的关系，对３个家系中４０位成员进行调查。符合特异性体质（Ａｔｏｐｙ）诊断者２７人，占６７．５％，患哮喘１５人，占３７．５％。从系谱分析，表型ＩｇＥ反应性和过敏原皮试阳性均呈ＡＤ遗传。以ＩｇＥ反应性与多态Ｄ１１Ｓ５３３作遗传连锁分析，结果在重组率为０．０５时，Ｌｏｄｓ值＞１．０。不排出控制黄种人ＩｇＥ反应的基因可能位于１１ｑ１３．３～１３．４附近。

| Abstract: | Threeatopicasthmafamiliesshowedautosomaldominantinheritancewereincluded.Therewere67.5%ofatopicpersonsand37.5%ofasthmaticonesinthetotal40members.ThefamilystudiessuggestedthatIgEresponsivenessandpositiveskin-pricktestbeinaccordwithADinheritance.TwopointlinkageanalysisbetweenIgEresponsivenessandD11S533showedthatthereweretwore-combinantsfrom22meiosesinthetwofamilieswithamaximumlodscore1.074atarecombinationfractionof0.05.TheresultsuggestedthatIgEresponsivenessintheyelowpeopleisjustasthatinCaucasians,controledbythegeneclosetochromosome11q13.3-13.4. |
