| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨米非司酮联合依沙吖啶应用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的有效性和安全性。方法:将42例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的妇女随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各21例。观察组先给予口服米非司酮200 mg,再行依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射;对照组单行依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射。结果:观察组与对照组总产程时间、产程发动时间、胎盘胎膜残留情况、产后出血量的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合依沙吖啶用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠是一种理想、安全、有效的引产方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mifepristone plus ethacridine in mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor in scar uterus.Method Total 42 cases of uterine scar trimester abortion women were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,21 patients in each group.The treatment group received oral mifepristone 200 mg,plused ethacridine amniotic injection;the control group with ethacridine single intra-amniotic injection.Results The total labor time,launch time of labor,placental membranes residue and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group and the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone plus ethacridine for trimester uterine scar is an ideal,safe and effective abortion method. |
