脊髓损伤患者给予心理护理干预的效果分析

目的:探讨给予脊髓损伤患者进行心理干预的临床效果。方法:选取本院2009年10月-2011年10月期间收治的79例脊髓损伤的患者,随机分成观察组40例,对照组39例;对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:两组在护理后,观察组患者生活自理能力平均分数为(59.25±5.23)分,对照组患者生活自理能力平均分数为(41.58±3.98)分,观察组的生活自理能力显著高于对照组,(t=10.2585,P<0.05),有统计学意义;两组在护理后,观察组患者的状态优9例,状态良29例,状态差2例,精神状态优良率为95%;对照组患者的状态优2例,状态良22例,状态差15例,精神状态优良率为61.54%。观察组的精神状态优良率显著高于对照组,(x2=9.52,P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:给予脊髓损伤的患者进行心理护理干预可有效的提升患者治疗的信心,帮助患者病情的康复,显著提高患者的自理能力和精神状态,值得临床推广使用。

Effectiveness analysis of spinal cord injury patients to psychological nursing intervention

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of psychological intervention given to patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:79 cases of spinal cord injury patients admitted our hospital between October 2009 October to 2011,40 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group (39 cases);control group received conventional care methods,the basis of the observation group in the conventional care psychological nursing intervention were compared to clinical effect.Results:The average scores of the two groups in the care,patient self-care ability of the observation group (59.25±5.23),the average scores of the control group of patients with daily living (41.58±3.98),group living skills were significantly higher than the control group (t=10.2585,P<0.05),statistically significant;the two groups in the care,the state of the observation group patients were excellent in 9 cases,status,good in 29 cases,the poor state of two cases,the mental state rate of 95%;the state of the control group patients were excellent in two cases,the state of good 22 cases,the poor state of 15 cases,the mental state was 61.54%.Excellent rate of the mental 2=9.52,Pχstate of the observation group was significantly higher than that (P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion:The granting of spinal cord injury patients with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the confidence of the patients,to help the rehabilitation of the patient’s condition significantly improved patient self-care ability and mental state,is worthy of clinical use.
