电子阴道镜诊断宫颈病变的评价

目的：探讨电子阴道镜检查对诊断宫颈病变的价值。方法：对1998年3月一2001年l0月在我院妇科门诊就诊的490例病人做阴道镜检查并与病理检查对照。结果：490例患者中慢性宫颈炎275例，阴道镜诊断295例，阴道镜诊断符合率Kappa值＝0．40，临床诊断宫颈息肉52例，宫颈癌19例，宫颈湿疣18例，阴道镜拟诊分别为52例、48例、32例，与临床诊断比较阴道镜诊断符合率更高。结论：电子阴道镜检查是诊断宫颈病变的一种方便、实用，检出率高的较好方法。

Evaluation of colposopy for the diagnosis of cervical lesions

Objective: To study the value of colposcopy for the diagnosis of cervical diseases. Methods: 490 cases of cervical lesions with colposcopy from August 1998 to October 2001 were studied refrospectively. Results: There were 275 cases which cervicitis, findings with colposcop was 295 cases, there was no significant difference between colposcopy and clinical dignosis. There are 52 cases was cervical polyp, the cervical squamose cancer was 48 cases, the cervical condyloma was 32 cases the rate of occuracy with coloscopy is significantly hingher than that clinical dignosis. Conclusions: The diagnosis of the cervical lesions with colposcopy may be a feasible, practical, scatheless and highly effective new morphologic thechnique.
