| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药小儿喜食颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将172例小儿厌食症患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例用小儿喜食颗粒,对照组82例用儿康宁口服液治疗,7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为95.60%和81.71%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿喜食颗粒治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切,能显著提高患儿的食欲,且患儿易于接受。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficiency of Xiao＇ er Xishi Granules for children anorexia. Methotis 172 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group of 90 cases took Xiao＇ er Xishi Granules while patients in the control group of 82 cases took Erkangning Oral Liquid. 7 days was a course of treatment. Results The efficient in the treatment group was 95.56 %, that in the control group was 80.0 %. The treatment group was superior to the control group, there were different in two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Xiao＇ er Xishi Granules was exactly, can enhance appetite obviously and accepted easily by children. |
